mytarpit: Clay Safari 05

"Print in 3D" @ the F.E McWilliams gallery in Banbridge. A group show with Seacourt Print Workshop. These are photos of my sculpture. All pieces are silkscreen on Fabriano paper, and 2 digital prints on Somerset enhanced. Then all assembled over 3 months with my own fair hands...phew!

Clay Safari 05 - open studio

First of all, THANKS to all those cool people who turned out for the Red Dirt open studio and took the time to talk to me. And if you are looking at my blog for the first time 'HI', hope you stay a while.It was a blast and I made some incredible connections. The day was over in a flash but I think I grew as an artist over those 5 hours...and I finally got to drink draft beer out of the back of a truck, tick that one off the bucket list! It will take mw a while to process the photos and get some more posts up about the pieces...but I will.

EXCHANGE GALLERY 02

This is the second gallery of Mytarpitters in the 200 words project. I decided to keep these guys real bold and simple. They are black acrylic over the top of a glo-in-the-dark base layer. And I took the photos in my lovely back garden...ENJOY! (And remember one of them could be yours for just 200 words!)
