Weaire-Phelan + Team Britney = trickle
- "Print in 3D" @ the F.E McWilliams gallery in Banbridge. A group show with Seacourt Print Workshop. These are photos of my sculpture. All pieces are silkscreen on Fabriano paper, and 2 digital prints on Somerset enhanced. Then all assembled over 3 months with my own fair hands...phew!

Helloooo Portland
Got into Portland late last night, so I was a bit j-lagged this morning but RPC and I managed a dander around parts of Portland to scope out places to drop some Tarpitters. We came across some top retro book and toy shops on W.Burnside. The absolute gem was 'Billy Galaxy', man this shop is crammed to the ceiling with rare collectable toys and videogames! I normally wouldn't blog a shop I didn't drop in..... but this place is awesome! If you are ever outbid on a TMNT or that rare Biosonic Six Million Dollar Man figure on e bay, it was probably these guys. Hats off!

Freebies in the Treebies!
Ha,ha.. we had a blast hiding all the free canvases in the trees around the quad outside Hepburn House. The gorgeous RPC put her amazing tree hand sculpture up to freak out the squirrels. I created a tribute totem to the great Beaver God, Skunk Eye Bunny turned out pretty cool to. I have loads more photos (and words) but I'm doing this on my iPhone with a whisky in my hand so I'll post them later.
Needless to say we had a blast in Canton!
Tarpitters - Ho!
The students of St.Lawerence rocked! 70 tarpitters were painted in 4 days... And on the 5th day we set them free!
On one in Canton
We've been in St. Lawerence Uni in Canton now for a few days and this place rocks! The campus is so picturesque and the students and lecturers are so enthusiastic! We had about 70 students doing their own Tarpitters. The plan is to set up a Tarpit gallery that people can then take the art from for free...

Niagra Falls
It was a long ol' drive to get here!...they're smaller in real life and the Canadians have the best view! I dropped one of my new canvases on one of the bridges over to Horseshoe Falls. Hope he finds a good home! BUT the highlight of the day was visiting the Factory where they made all the old fairground carousels. Craftmanship like you wouldn't believe! Very inspirational!

Port Clinton
Drove from Chicago through Illinois, through Indiana ("the crossroads of America" aparently!) and into Port Clinton, Ohio. Stayed in a cool motel and had time to paint these guys.

Chicago-a-go-go
Got time today to drop a few buddy's off......
... I spent way more time than I should've in the art mecca that is Blicks Art on State. Picked up some more canvases and left a tarpitter behind....
...and I dropped this bad boy off at Southport before heading off to the best comic shop ever, Quimbys!

Super Burrito!!!
Had my first burrito yesterday... oh yeah!
Blagged a load of mail stickers from the post office, time to get scribblin'! Saw loads of cool sticker art around Chicago (above).

..Rockpoolcandy tried on the most boss pair of gold cowboy boots in here. It is wall to wall cowstuff.. for all your yeeha western needs!

EXCHANGE GALLERY 02
- This is the second gallery of Mytarpitters in the 200 words project. I decided to keep these guys real bold and simple. They are black acrylic over the top of a glo-in-the-dark base layer. And I took the photos in my lovely back garden...ENJOY! (And remember one of them could be yours for just 200 words!)
